Member Terms and Agreement

Datorsam - MovieDownloads-1.com

I am of legal age in the state/country in which I live to enter into this agreement with MovieDownloads-1.com. I will be considered an independent contractor and in no way will I be considered employed by MovieDownloads-1.com by becoming a member of the MovieDownloads-1.com membership program.

MovieDownloads-1.com can, at its discretion, amend the statement of policies. I understand my membership is not transferable without written consent and authorization from MovieDownloads-1.com. I understand that MovieDownloads-1.com reserves the right to decline any applicant's membership. I also understand that MovieDownloads-1.com reserves the right to terminate any membership, if that member does not abide by the terms of this agreement or any other policies made by MovieDownloads-1.com.

As a member , I will not use the MovieDownloads-1.com logo, any trade marks of MovieDownloads-1.com, copyrighted material or any material contained within the website without first getting written permission to do so. Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material is a violation of federal law. I will only use authorized advertising tools set-up for the members of MovieDownloads-1.com.

I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time, by sending an email to sales@datorsam.com with my username in the body and the subject set to 'Please delete my account a moviedownloads-1.com'

I will not engage in any deceptive or unlawful recruiting practice. Using false or unreasonable claims and promises will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate end to my MovieDownloads-1.com Membership. I will not send out unsolicited email of any kind to anyone. I understand that spamming in the form of unsolicited advertisements of any sort not mentioned above (including newsgroups) will not be tolerated, and can cause immediate termination of my membership.

There will be no Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email to promote MovieDownloads-1.com.

We consider any of the following grounds for immediate termination of a membership:

Unauthorized postings to newsgroups.
Sending unauthorized emailings.
Engaging in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a MovieDownloads-1.com Network account.
Falsifying user information provided to MovieDownloads-1.com.
Using the MovieDownloads-1.com name to send Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email as defined above. (spamming, which could result in civil and criminal prosecution)

All of the above practices are prohibited by MovieDownloads-1.com terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's membership, including forfeiture of access to MovieDownloads-1.com services.

Nothing contained within the terms and agreement shall be construed to limit MovieDownloads-1.com's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the above mentioned activities, and MovieDownloads-1.com reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the membership database..

MovieDownloads-1.com reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

Any Payments for the MovieDownloads-1.com membership program are not refundable.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

By signing up for a MovieDownloads-1.com website, you agree to receive periodic emails from the administrator, and The Owners MovieDownloads-1.com (Datorsam).

If you use an email address when posting your link that bounces, we have the right to terminate your membership.

You agree to hold MovieDownloads-1.com and Datorsam harmless for any and all activities concerning this membership.

We have the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including (but not limited to) the request for the removal of your email address.

The membership with MovieDownloads-1.com is not the same as a license to download copyright material from the Internet.

There are not any copyright movie files (or any other copyright downloadable files) for direct download, present on MovieDownloads-1.com server

All fees are applicable to products and support, not the Movie Download Software, which is in fact freeware.

Privacy Statement - We will not sell or give away your information to any third parties.

I give my express consent and agree to receive periodic emails from advertising services provided by MovieDownloads-1.com, it's agents or employees at my contact email address given when joining.

I agree to receive periodic notices from the administrator and/or the owner at my email address I provided when joining, at the sole discretion of the administrator, and The Owners of MovieDownloads-1.com (Datorsam).

I agree not to use any autoresponders for my contact email address.

I agree not to submit Adult Sites/Material, Offensive or Scam material to the MovieDownloads-1.com network. I agree not to use misleading filenames.

I also understand, agree and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by the administrator and/or owner, it's agents or employees is not an endorsement of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.

I further agree that should emails to any email addresses I have listed with MovieDownloads-1.com be undeliverable, bounce or be found to be an autoresponder, the administrator and/or The Owners of MovieDownloads-1.com have the right to immediately delete my account without notice.

I agree not to accuse members or The administrator or The owner of MovieDownloads-1.com of sending spam mail. I agree that I voluntarily joined this program. I understand that I can remove my membership at any time by sending an email to sales@MovieDownloads-1.com with the subject row and body set to REMOVE. MovieDownloads-1.com track all signups by IP number and legal action will be taken against all who cry spam falsely.

I agree to be responsible for all legal fees and damages incurred to the administrator or The Owners MovieDownloads-1.com in the event I make a false or unjustified spam complaints to any agency, ISP, website or court of competent jurisdiction.

I give my express consent to The administrator, owner, its agents or employees on any list hosted or owned by MovieDownloads-1.com to send me the commercial emails at the email address I used when joining.

I understand that these commercial messages may include, but are not limited to, Admin notices, in-house commercial advertising of all kinds and third party advertising placed by the public customers, subscribers, partners or others and will be sent at the sole discretion of the administrator and/or owner of MovieDownloads-1.com.

I also understand that these messages may be in any digital form, including, notices,updates, special messages, solo ads or other electronic messages.

I agree to respect the copyright of any and all material found on the Internet when using the software (also called Movie Download Software, uDownloadManager and DC++) supplied on this site.

I also understand that if I am a member/employee of any and all anti-piracy networks/organizations, this immediately prohibits me for signing up for any kind or level of membership. Furthermore - if I would still sign up - I agree to cover any and all legal fees and damages incurred to the Members of MovieDownloads-1.com, The administrator or The owner of MovieDownloads-1.com and Datorsam.com as a result of my activities within such network/organization.

I also understand that by signing up for a membership at MovieDownloads-1.com, I am acknowledging that I agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
